Vision
Our Vision
Guided by our Chrisitan tradition and faith, to inspire a love of learning through exploration and discovery; creating together a sense of value, kindness, respect and self belief
Theologically Rooted Christian Vision
Love is central to the school prayer and the school’s statement of the vision and ethos. It underpins all the values as the expression of how we expect our whole school community to respond to one another and the world in which we all live, together; borne out by the greatest commandment (Mark 12:31) ‘Love your neighbour as yourself’.
It is believed that ‘clothing ourselves with love’ and ‘binding ourselves together in perfect harmony’ is not only our expectation for how we live well together but is also aspirational for how we want to develop ourselves, our relationships, our school and our community as part of our global, multi-cultural and diverse world.
From this understanding of love, we see community, friendship, service, inclusivity, anti-racism, respect, pupil voice, kindness, diversity, care for the environment, welcome, social action…
