Online Safety
It is really important we teach our pupils how to use the internet safely.
So much of our world depends on digital technology and the internet provides a rich resource of material to support learning.
However, pupils do need to understand the importance of being safe online, in the same way children learn how to cross a road.
Reporting an Incident Within School
At school, learners are provided with regular opportunities to discuss online safety. Our Digital Leaders promote online safety through their message:
Keep private
Keep safe
Keep talking
All digital platforms accessed in school are protected by a firewall. This filters any harmful content. However, you need to be aware of our processes in case your child does access unsuitable content whilst at school. All incidents are taken very seriously and dealt with swiftly.
